Halo Top

For this project, I collaborated with a partner to create a conceptual ad series for Halo Top, the ice cream brand. We started by researching real-world campaigns, studying Halo Top’s history and past designs, and analyzing competitors’ promotional strategies. This research helped guide our creative direction. 

The goal of the project was to create a conceptual ad series that stayed within Halo Top's brand identity while sparking curiosity and moving away from traditional advertising. The main concept we brainstormed was the idea of good vs. evil, with a focus on highlighting the "good" associated with the product. We also wanted to incorporate a sports or leisure aspect to appeal to Halo Top's target demographic. 

In the project brief, we outlined our vision to help the brand stand out by focusing more on its mission and story rather than just the product. I also had the opportunity to art direct the photos for the series, ensuring the visuals aligned with the creative direction. These ads were designed for both digital and print magazine ads, pushing the boundaries of typical marketing.
